8 pounds of two row barley malt
1 pound of Crystal Malt ( 40L )
2 Ounces of Cascade Hop Pellets
1 Bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale ( Yeast Culture ) or some other
yeast.
6 Gallons of City Water ( adjust PH, etc. for your area ).
(1) Mash & Sparge the Malt
(2) Boil for 90 minutes, add 1/2 Hops at beginning of the boil.
(3) Add Hops about 1/2 ounce at a time every 20 minutes or so.
(4) Culture the yeast to get 750 ml.
(5) Pitch at 80 degrees
